How a fresher biotech graduate can get job?

I have completed my PG in bioetch. I'm getting fewer then fewer interview call from biotech companies. Even there also i'm getting rejected reasoning "i'm a fresher" can any one help me, how to get into the industry

I gave completed my BE Biotechnology, " i am a Fresher" (2013 Passed out). Can anyone help me, how to get into the industry.
